Include in your daily diet:
some fruits (for example, melon and banana);
oatmeal and rice porridge;
fermented milk products;
wholemeal bread (with whole grains);
greens (parsley);
potatoes (mashed).
Do not drink coffee or acidic juices on an empty stomach. It is best to drink a glass of clean water in the morning. In half an hour you can eat a plate of oatmeal and a banana. Oranges, tangerines, apples should be left for lunch.
